Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once you receive the returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor has received the order to be delivered to himself for later delivery, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out your return.
